At Royal Pret, we are committed to providing premium quality unstitched and stitched outfits and excellent customer service. However, we understand that in some cases a return or exchange may be required. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
You may apply for a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
Buyer will bear the return courier charges, except in case of a defective or incorrect item.
Exchange requests depend on stock availability at the time of request.
Items can only be exchanged if they meet the eligibility criteria.
Free-of-charge exchange is available only if the delivered product is defective or incorrect.
In all other cases:
Buyer pays return courier charges.
Buyer also pays PKR 199 delivery fee for the replacement shipment.
Refunds are available only if the product meets the return eligibility criteria.
Delivery charges are strictly non-refundable.
From the original suit amount, a 10% deduction will be applied:
4% COD Tax – mandatory government tax charged on all Cash on Delivery orders.
6% Administrative & Processing Fee – to cover restocking and handling costs.
Refunds will be initiated within 7 working days after Royal Pret receives and inspects the returned product.
Take clear pictures of the product (and the defect, if applicable).
Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

Our team will review your request and provide the return address.
Send the parcel back through your local courier.
Once we receive and inspect the parcel, we will process your exchange or refund within the mentioned timeline.
All the suits displayed on our website are Master Copies / Master Replica, inspired by designer suits.
Slight variation in shade or color may occur due to studio lighting and display screen settings. Such differences are not considered defects.
In such cases, products are eligible only for exchange, not for refund.
Royal Pret reserves the right to refuse COD service for customers with repeated delivery refusals or incomplete information.
Policies may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
