Delivery & COD Policy

  1. Delivery Charges

    • A standard delivery fee of PKR 250 is included in prices.

    • This delivery fee is non-refundable, even in the case of a return or exchange.

  2. Order Confirmation

    • All COD orders are confirmed through a WhatsApp message or phone call from our team.

    • Only confirmed orders will be dispatched.

    • Once confirmed, your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days under normal circumstances.

    • If an order remains unconfirmed for 7 days, it will be automatically cancelled.

  3. Returns & Replacements

    • In case of a Return or Exchange, the customer must pay the delivery fee of PKR 250 or according to their package weight again for the replacement shipment and Refund.

    • Shipping charges are strictly non-refundable, except in the case of a defective or wrong item delivered.

  4. General Conditions

    • Royal Pret reserves the right to cancel or block COD for customers with repeated refusals or incomplete information.

    • Policies may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
